10-20 FPS Tried every fix, new fix in this post by Voksi

I have tried every fix undet the sun for AMD users to get this game to not lag horrificly.
I have updated drivers and lowered every setting to as low as it will go and turned down the resolution as well.
Here are my specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs)
4096MB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series
Drivers are 14.4 aswell

However jsut trying a patch by steam user Voksi fixed everything and now at solid 60FPS

DUDE WHAT FILES DID YOU TWEEK/CHANGED/REPLACED/ADD FROM THE GAME DIRECTORY ! BECAUSED A FIX FOR RAGE GAME USING THE SAME ENGINE WAS FOUND AT THAT TIME ADING DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF OPENGL IN THE DIRECTORY !

Ok I have tried this fix by voksi, pleased to say it works great, fraps reporting around 60fps in game, r9 280x with 14.4 catalyst, was lucky to get 10-20 fps before that! Thanks Voksi!
