Unlocking endless levels?
G'day!
I finished the regular story and unlocked a load of bonus levels and managed to 5 skull all of the regular levels on warmage but alot of the endless levels aren't there.
Same gos for fire and water dlc I managed to 5 skull all of it but the only endless level I unlocked was west wing (last one)
Is there somthing you have to achieve in game or a certain score to beat before you unlock them?

Yes please could someone tell us how to unlock levels - I want to do Rush hour and triple threat on endless.

is there a set list of maps for endless or can you unlock them all?

A lot of levels have been converted to Endelss but not all of them. How many have you unlocked? There should 19 endless maps in total. I just checked and I have all 19 available tho I'm not sure if I had them all after completing Warmage or if any unlocked during Nightmare (I don't play endless much).

Thats quite annoying.
So there are quite a few levels unavailable in endless unless you purchase all the DLC and the levels I wanted to play from the DLC aren't available in endless mode.
Bit rubbish but maybe oneday I will get some more DLC
