Not true. You can receive multiple credit refunds and a cash refund. It just takes annoying them to get it.

depends which country i only recieved a refund once in store credit, also u annoy them to much they have been known to shut down accounts so u have to decide whether its worth the risk on the game u want a refund for. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...JC-2625#refund if i could get multiple refunds i'd be doing it more than once.
