I have my controls rebound, but the game uses default controls until I view the "controls" menu at least once. To reproduce: 1. Rebind keys. 2. Exit game. 3. Start game. 4. Load saved game. 5. Controls are default WASD. 6. Open settings. 7. Open controls. 8. Observe controls without changing anything, then close controls and settings. 9. Rebindings have taken effect. Posting this for the devs to be aware and players to have a workaround....
