One more question. I need to gather 32 wings. And I already finished game (all frogs on beach). Do I can earn it all?

by getting all frogs on the beach, you have finished the story. Now try getting all the collectibles/wings. Put them in de deposits (there are 4 in total) and go to the place where you can get the wings. After using the deposits they give a hint on where to find that place.

If I reset game does my progress for 42 gates reset too? In regards to Steam's recognition of the achievement's progress I mean.
