HQ plot

well im @ a stage now that i have to get 75 Tela ... teladi... wathever for those guys but im trying todo it in unknows sectors with my unfocussed jumpdrive but now im using a TL (Mammoth) for it, any better ship for that job? and like to use hornet missles to but those arnt compatible with the mammoth

Your at the part where you need 75 nividum then. There's an asteroid in Kingdoms End and Perpetual Sin which would be alot safer than risking an unfocused jump. No need for Hornets, the Mammoth can use the Mobile Drilling System which should be easy enough to find. Your gonna also need ore collector, and as much shielding as you can afford. Once you find the nividium asteroid just use the Mammoth, 75 isn't that much.

thanks btw when i did a unfocussed jump i encountered a ship probely the auron but i couldnt select it at all so i left, chance i encounter it again?

well nothing in kingdom's end went trough it an no nividium astroid, for some reason i cant find the other one :/

quick question, how bad/tedious would you guys say the HQ plot in AP is? I'm doing it in TC, but the first half of the first mission has taken me roughly a week of gameplay (I don't SETA grind that much either).

well i cant say anything bout TC doing it in ap, but if its the same getting that niv ore is a pain in the butt been doing unfoccused jumps and found a couple but nothing when i pop them and found the auron m1 twice allready couldnt board it bc no people onboard

Collecting nividium is pretty easy, take an M2 with the ore collector upgrade and max shielding. Use something to break up the initial asteroid and then use your ship to break the smaller rocks and pick up the nividium, just keep your shields up.

In Kingdom End its not an asteroid its a cluster directly below the military base, a bit hard to find. Perpetual Sin is easier because you can find it by scanning asteroids. Other places that I can think of are Enduring light and Distant Clouds.

The AP version of the Hub plot is a walk in the park compared to the TC version. TC required you to collect millions of a particular resource (I think it was 2.5 Mil Computerchips), while AP gives you a "60,000" units of food mission at worst. Basically all fetch missions could be don with an elephant run each.

With good prep the Hub plot in AP is done in two days (even if you just ran it by the way).

Try -150, 50, 3050 in Kingdom End. It's debris cloud. You need to hammer the pieces down a little bit more to make them collectible.
Well, also need to shoot a rock piece once, IRE works well, before you can scan it.
