I finished the game without using any weapons, praxis, or explosions but didn't get the achievement. I *did* combine weapon upgrades on weapons even though I never used them. I wonder if that did it. Bummer.

Certain DLC listed on Steam, such as Deus Ex: Human Revolution - The Missing Link and Just Cause 2: Multiplayer Mod have achievement profiles independent of their respective base game. That is to say that, for example, that Deus Ex: Human Revolution - The Missing Link would count separately under the 'Perfect Games' tab, were a player to 100% both it and the base game.
