stuck in tutorial

hi everybody,
I play this game on PC
I am stuck in the selecting spell tutorial.
I can't select the "3" button to bind a new spell. I only have access to the 1st button
(I play the game with a keyboard).
Someone had this problem before ? can it be solved ?
(sorry for bad english).
