stuck on broken mines floor 4

I just entered the Broken mines level 4 but I cannot progress any further; I cannot portal back to town and i stand on the little glowing portal yet nothing happens. Please help :(

end the game and create a new internet game and normally u´ll get reset to the town. u need to get to the floor 4 again, but thats not a huge amount of work i think.
