So the question is, is the game enough a success in runic eyes that they would be willing to do a expansion for it, as Max Schaefer said in one of the interviews (he said something like: if the game is a huge success it would be a silly thing not to do a expansion). I really hope so.

I've been holding my Torchlight 2 purchase for the inevitable holiday discount... And boy it was an easy purchase (want to buy it post launch but I have priorities). I'm proud to be a part of a community that drives excellence to small developers.

A great game, and one i've convinced my friends to get - they've all loved it. Now if they can fix coop desync issues, then this will be one of the best. In any case it's a great game single player or multi, buy it, then come back to the forum and agree.
