Ember Hammer Skill

Does the Engineer's Ember Hammer skill deplete charges once Tier 1 has been achieved? It only states that a bonus is given for each charge; however, other skills (e.g., Forcefield) specifically state they use available charges.

A reply from anyone using these skills with an engineer who can confirm this either way will be appreciated. Thanks : )

Emberhammer is bugged, has been since launch. At 15 points, it only gives 15% to damage, rather than 15% per charge.

Good to know, though I still wonder if it uses up the charges when activated. Thanks.

Charges are not used up when you use the skill, but it does not build charge either if I recall correctly.
