HELP PLEASE

i've played the demo, i liked the game. i bought it. now that its installed, it doesnt work. i click on new game, but it doesnt do anything except freeze for a second than thats it. it does that everytime i click on the screen. but the demo seems to work fine. just wanna play!

First, I personally would try to fully unistall the game and then reinstall it via Steam. If that doesn't work, give the support email/phone# a whirl.
