Over 1k playing tonight

good to see so many still playing, just last week we were lucky to see 500. I am new to this game and having a blast so its good to see it still going strong from time to time.

Yeah Games like Torchlight, Grim Dawn and such have a pretty loyal Community. Think of Diablo 2 it was supported by the Fans arround 12 Years and still alot of People play it, even thought the majority of the Players wander either to Diablo 3 or Path of Exile. Sadly such classic terms of Hack'n'Slay doesn't stands chance to this Games, because the modern Gamer needs this Carrot to kept interested like Seasons and such. The throw away happily the freedom which we have in Games like TL2. Should the Server from Diablo 3 or PoE go down, you will never be able to play again, but Torchlight 2 you can play as long as you live. (If you find Steam risky as well, you still have gog as option and back up TL2)...

For me Torchlight 2 is still in my Top 3 Favorite List besides Grim Dawn and Diablo 3(Console Version obviously).

I am a returning player. I played the arse out of this game about 3 years ago, but I ended up quitting because my rig at the time could not handle the game, as I was playing 3 player with friends. And also there was an enemy draw distance issue back then that crippled gameplay and required a manual patch to fix with each new build of the game (which was a mightly pain).

My new rig can handle the game now, and I found a mod in workshop that fixed the draw distance issue, so myself and the same guys from years back have returned for another lick.

I still think Grim Dawn is the best of the big ARPGs moment; I played it to death in my absence from TL2, but we're back here now and enjoying this excellent game all over again.
