Black Screen at Campaign

So I start the campaign, when the loading screen finished, I got black screen. And sometime I randomly click on screen and it turn out to the game but several graphic is missing. It only happened it campaign mode, when I try single mode, I can play it fine, nothing wrong but only at the campaign. Any solution? since I already search in google, didnt find anything to fix it. or anyone have the same problem with me?

The weird thing is I can play Hot seat mode, but I cant pass the first act 1 at undead campaign, anybody can upload save files that already pass act 1 at undead campaign?

aishh... so not only me. I only can play Hot Seat mode with my Brother. Already Sent Email to kalypso support, doubt they will have solution.

Have you tried lowering the graphics settings? If that does not work, you should try compatibility mode. If that does not work, it likely means the game is not compatible with your GPU.

Nothing work, still black screen in campaign only. So I uninstalled it and buy DIII : Reincarnation when on sale, and it work fine hahaha thanks for reply
