Windows live fail....

Can someone help me, I've had this game since christmas or so and couldn't play a single minute of it (not a saved one at least).
The reason is I cannot log in to that effing crap of windows live...
I now have 3 accounts, none is working, either on explorer, chrome or the game...

Finding on the internet it could be the anti-virus software, I simply removed it and it did not improve my situation...
So please, for my sanity's sake, help me !

scroll down on the screen that says to sign into windows live. there's a link that says offline. click that & make an offline account. works fine.

It finally decided to work, I don't know how, but it did...
For the offline, I tried but it would not accept the key (did not even ask for it) and would not save !

another fix that i found tonight when looking for another fix for something else. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1769365 & it worked after not being able to connect to windows live since december when i got the game
