Need Help: can't install GFWL after delete the old one on windows 8!

found that GFWL didn't show up so I removed it without correctly uninstall but simply deleted GFWL, thought wont play it again but just found some issues like move some documents from X64 to X32 and the game can be saved then on windows 8 64 bit. So when I trying to install GFWL again and it says that something's wrong and I got the error code of 0*80070005. anyone help please!
