Can't open hatches (Catwoman)

Hey Guys,

first: pls excuse my english. I'm from germany and I'll try to explain my problem as easily as I can ;)

I got a problem at the second time playing Catwoman (just before searching for Poison Ivy). There is a sequence, where I jump on top of a "cage" between two houses. I have to open one of four hatches, get into the cage and beat up the enemies.

I press "ctrl" to crouch, but when I press "space" to open the hatch, it doesn't work. No matter what I do. If I press the combination to often, Catwoman "freezes" and I can just turn my figure around but not move anymore (same problem with Batman from time to time).

Can anyone help me??
