My Game wont launch HELP ME

When i start the game up it shows the off road drive screen and minimizes itself and black screens!!!! I have disabled the intro videos but still black screens!!! My hardware is way above the recomendations!!! Can ANYONE HELP ME

verify the integrity of your files...if that doesnt work go into your config files and set your resolution to something low to get it to start then go into options and set it back to normal. Sounds like a resolution problem

I have the same problem as this guy. I tried going in to the config files but I can't find one that lets me set it to windowed or change the resolution

I finally got it to run.. all I did was reset my computer and wipe the Win7 software and put it back on there
