You can find some tips 'n' stuff here. Back in 2009 I planned on archiving and creating quite a large site dedicated to TFC...but as you can see it never really happened. It's messy and the site is still in place holder mode. http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/millard1/
As Ink has said, in TFC the Medic isn't really a support class but a flag capper. You heal on the way if you can but that isn't really your role. You're a slower Scout with more heath/armour and grenades.
