Problem Loading Game

Just bought the game after a few years hiatus. Install went smoothly. When I open the game, the screen goes black. I can mouse over where I know the buttons should be and hear the "click" sound of the buttons being moused over, however, I can't see anything.

Hitting Shift+tab brings up the steam interface and I can see that just fine. It's just TFC itself that I can't see for some reason.

Any help guys? Really need some TFC to kill time while waiting for H1Z1 queues...
