Ending of this game

it was a a fun game and the ending was WTF

I agree, just finnished it and I found the ending very disappointing. Apart from the ending it was a great game though.

Because it had a tragic ending instead of a happy one? It's called good storytelling. Not every story has a feel-good resolution.

Well, I kinda like a happy ending (lol) , which is why I didn't like it.

They should have given you a choice of which ending you wanted. The next time I play this game, I'm just going to walk away from her at the end and quit out of the game.

For the entire game I was expecting a twist, like how both gods are actually evil, and just order and chaos, or something. It even states them as duality that needs to be balanced, but all you do is turn "evil goo" into "sunshine and rainbows" everywhere.
It was so generic, I think my subconcious actively fought against it.

Also the prince's choice at the end is just wtf. Bringing an age of darkness over the entire world just because he couldn't keep it in his pants? Priorities anyone?

Other than that, the game plays and looks beautifully.

2 or maybe 4 different ending would be great. walk away from her, rejoin/relive her and a special-ending for 1001 light seeds, maybe 2... :-)))

I liked the ending. It was a departure of what most of us were expecting. I was expecting the donkey to come strolling back.
The typical ending of saving the wrold, prince gets the girl would have been a let down I think. I do wish they added the option to have not revived her.
