What's meant to happen after beating the boss? The achievement doesn't work at least. All the other ones do.

Hi, about 50% of the time when I start/restart a level, screen will shake / game will stutter / picture unstable. I have a very powerful gaming PC, I doubt it's on my side. I might ask for a refund because of this, makes it unpleasant to play.
