When I bought the game the product page was not clear that it was always online and your progress was wiped. After discussion on the forums ( https://steamcommunity.com/app/1943740/discussions/0/4298194004192086632/ ) it was mentioned an offline mode would be worked towards, but I'm out of patience after buying it under the false pretence. I have no patience left to right the wrong.

Do you care if you have to spend 20hrs to unlock endless mode or sim things, starting over from scratch multiple times a year ? Then don't buy this game. Let alone if ya might not have a reliable internet connection.

*Edit* After looking at it, indeed it is 'EA' tagged reviews. It would seem that I made a mistake. I've corrected it. As expected, refund was refused so I'm more than just annoyed at the waste of time and money.

This is the first time I've heard of any date being given to such an update. (in dev reply).

Keep harping about your view of "You can easily do it multiple times before a wipe" all you want, I was clear about what I thought of that in the forums. After all, if I come back after X time and have to start over when all I wanted to do was play a diff mode I'd otherwise have to spend all that time again just to be able to access is not my idea of fun.

I have plenty of TD games with MP that don't get in the way of enjoying it the traditional way most TD games are played, nor require an internet connection to play. Which is why it should have just been made clear from the start. As it's not normal and you acting like online service style games is the norm is part of my problem with it all.

What am I supposed to say other than MY PERSONAL experience, someone else's ?
