What does "No Instance" mean ? And why can't I make repeater memory ?

I have a 3 sprocket score on every level except 09 and 15. 15 because I only tried once but went back to level 09 since it has been bothering me. the best I've been able to do on 09 repeatably is 17 components, 16 if I let RNJesus be my guide. I have been trying different things to reduce the components further but haven't yet figured out any other options to get through this one. I am just curious how many of you earned 3 sprockets on 09 and what I am aiming for to do it....

any tips for level 15 ? i always having either the robot run out of power or the tower's power. wish there's a way to measure robot's battery so i can incorporated that value to the logic. Thanks in advance

Ive been trying to find graphical engines to design logic circuits with. I dont really care for puzzles but if this game has a sandbox mode that would be awesome. the steam page itself does not really show much of the gameplay to tell.

the goal of this level is to make your own "and/or" gates in your code, that, i get, the problem is that it's impossible! to do so, you need the info of your two scanners on both side to come at the same time, but here it scan one, commit to memory, then next tick, scan the other and commit to memory the issue is that, during that tick, the first lamp might very well have changed! so when you do your router thingy, you compare one current data with one obsolete data...
