makes no sense

Have found the arrows on paintings and counted chairs and lamps but doesn't seem to translate to letters on keypad. Help?

Ok, I'm not sure if the game is glitching or if I'm missing something. We solved the sudoku puzzle and put the globe in the control room. We found the picture with "Warfare" and "Zeppelin" underlined. We found the writing on the back. We used the alphabet chart on the wall and referenced the underlined words on the front to the words on the back, but thats a 7 character and 8 character code, neither of which fit into the 4 digit number pad or 4 letter pad available. We also have the TV room which...
