I went to the plantation and the dialogue started but my ship kept going and kept bouncing off the island taking damage and I couldn't steer it because the dialogue was running. Additionally, there was a dialogue line called Kneel next to him that stayed there during the whole dialogue and to exit the dialogue I needed to click on it which brought me through the dialogue a second time. And my ship was bouncing off the island during all this....
