The logic for the code on level 1 is like that:

A = 1 = 1
B = 2 = 2
C = 3 = 3
D = 4 = 5 (because there is no 4, the same logic continues below)
E = 5 = 8
F = 6 = 9

So CBFDAE = 329 518

I saw nobody have answered it and at first I though it's impossible, but then I thought more and it's actually not that hard. You find CBFDAE after you first combine 2 items from the table to make soot, then use that soot on the blank paper to get the word CBFDAE.
