I can't open Lily Aquella's app for the life of me. I replayed the part over and over. It won't open. What is tje secret?

Blood Nova seems great! I'm enjoying the aesthetic of this a lot, good job. Sorry about the other negative feedback. I'm now stuck trying to find some protective clothing — I know I need the phial and I'm guessing it's in the lab, but I can't figure out where to get that . I feel quite stupid given I've been over the limited number of locations a bunch of times — what am I missing?...

Really wish there was a way to skip this, cause it's honestly one of the worst puzzles I've ever encountered in an adventure game. Annoying to the point where I don't even wanna continue, which sucks cause the game is really cool.

There's a lot to like here, but, man, the dialogue and background text dumps are way excessive. Please cut it down dramatically. Don't get me wrong, you are clearly good writers, and it looks like you've created an interesting world and interesting characters, but less would be more here....

I got the green gem, but can't open the access panel. What am I missing?
