Is it supposed to be a VR sim? For now it is unplayable for me, since the game refuses to start normally and instantly starts steam VR. But the game does not seem to have a VR mode (yet?) and just opens in the Theater mode. How can I start the game on my non vr screen without having to unplug cables? Will it be developed to be fully VR? ... that would be awesome!...

Wondering if it would it be possible to get a 1:25,000 map or different scaled maps in future updates? It would be helpful in practicing more detailed navigation, practicing and testing visualising contours in a more detailed way,

This sim/game looks very fun. i am a 27 year Army veteran/retiree and land nav was always a great time! So my question is...........are there random points to find and tasks or are there a set amount that once you go on a course you know your way and the "game" is over?...

I know this was mentioned as a debugging thing in a video but shouldn't the CP numbers not already be on the notepad? Is there a way of shutting them off?

I just like to say, this is the most accurate reflection of land navigation I've experienced. The thing that stands out the most from other titles is the effect terrain has on your movement. Thick vegetation slows you down significantly and there is lateral drift to your movement like in real life. I did however find a slight bug with plotting points. If I pull up the map while in-game: the points I plotted in planning mode are offset a little to the southeast, in slightly different spots....
