If commander get a game crash nobody else can take command
We've just had such situation. Consortium commander had a game crashed, then he rejoined and couldn't command. And nobody else could take command also.

Ya thats a bug that happens sometimes. I have seen it from time to time. Its hard to reproduce as well.

Maybe have something to do with memory leak on server as well. Because that crash does not happen on all servers.
