Suggested Structure Reinforcement Changes
Current Game Stats
-These values do not stack, they add from the base.
Level 1: Costs 5000 with a 10% boost
Level 2: Costs 12500 with a 15% boost
Level 3: Costs 25000 with a 25% boost.

Current Redstone Stats

Level 1: Costs 5000 with a 10% boost
Level 2: Costs 12500 with a 17.5% boost
Level 3: Costs 22500 with a 35% boost.

Four Tier Possible Change

Level 2: Cost of 5000, 10% boost, 30s research.
Level 3: Cost of 10000, 17.5% boost, 60s research.
Level 4: Cost of 20000, 35% boost, 90s research.

Five Tier Possible Change
-Again no stacking, just simple adding from the base
Level 1: Cost of 2500, 5% boost, 15s research.
Level 2: Cost of 5000, 10% boost, 30s research.
Level 3: Cost of 7500, 15% boost, 45s research.
Level 4: Cost of 10000, 25% boost, 60s research.
Level 5: Cost of 15000, 40% boost, 90s research.

On a more competitive scale, if you do not research structure reinforcement 1, it is almost a gartenteed loss as buildings are slighly overpowered.

And level 1 as it stands, gives way too much benefit to swing the outcome early game against non researchers. Simply boosting the cost will crush the losing team.

The higher tiers of research cost way too much for the benefit they provide. Level 2 has become the 'loads of cash' option for commanders who gather up 20k. The benefit it provides and worse yet level 3, isn't worth spending the resources on. It will actually 'hurt' you tremendously if level 3 is researched, as building things provide a higher benefit.

Furthermore, the final 25% boost is too weak again on a competitive scale. Even upwards of 35% is a very conserative; while, still dropping the default cost. It's possible to go to 40% with a 5th level; but, this has it's downsides of extra time researching.
