Controller Xbox 360 help?

Can anyone please tell me how to not allow the game to recognise my controller, because I want to bind my own keys through xpadder!!

P.S the games own keybindings for the controller are aweful.

If you will bind keys with xpadder, T:A will not conflict with manual bindings. I just used it and there were no problems.

May I ask what controller you're using?? I'm using a wired xbox360 controller (I'm asking because the game recognizes 'xbox360 controllers' by default). When I use xpadder it seems that it's using both mice&keyboard and controller at the same time after I've setup my keys on xpadder.

I deleted Configure file in the games directory and still nothing changes it, still recognises it.

So Annoying!

Sorry, tried it again and that not seemed to work. I use wireless Xbox 360 Controller.

So here what I have discovered right now empirically:

• Go to My Documents\My Games\Tribes Ascend\TribesGame\Config
  
• Open TribesInput.ini
  
• Remove lines starting from line Bindings=(Name="XboxTypeS_LeftThumbStick"...
  to line (Name="SIXAXIS_AccelZ",Command="GBA_Look_Gamepad"
  
• Happily use Xpadder

P.S. You will probably want to search every other line connected with Xbox 360 Controller, because these lines are combat controls only.
