In the demo as there doesn't seem to be online play enabled, I wanted to try playing with a friend using remote play but that too seemed to be disabled?

Hello! I have almost all the Achievements, still missing the "Enter Your Name" and "Champion" But I noticed that even though I played a lot of arcade (alone, online with friends or even remote) I still cannot get the Enter Your Name, even though I/we always get 3 flags. Or is it the versus one that I need to play to get these flags? Is this a bug? Is there a way to fix this? Please help....
