Is it hard?

I just bought hearts of iron and its too hard for me (i know its not the same at all)

I mean i love strategy games but i cant have the patience to try to understand when it's too hard.

I loved the space part of spore, maybe it's dumb to compare, but it would be cool if it would look similar. How hard is the game and you can destroy planets?

Not Hard at all. And yes you can Kill/destroy Planets

Have you patched to ver 1.79?

As to how hard it is? Setting up your game and empire, yot can dumb down the AI empires or give yourself major advantages as you desire.

you can also switch to the AI's mid game and delete half their units
