Я нажимаю кнопку на устройстве, чтобы опустить столбы, или активировать платформы. Спустя некоторое время столбы становятся подняты и платформы неактивны, а кнопки на устройствах перестают работать повторно. Из-за этого я застрял по сюжету и не могу пройти дальше....

Seen the Roadmap and it mentions more main quest missions coming in October so that means it's impossible to finish the game now?
