First off I played wing commander as it came out decades ago with a flightsick... This is a nice mirroring of the game control but frankly I'm really not a fan of the way the mouse control scheme works...... I would try to simplify the driving of the ship and make it more compatible with all of our hardwired wasd movment in fps... I would like the ship to bring the mouse cursor right in the reticule in a more immediate way than it does it now....

It's very annoying having to use the xbox controller to press buttons because the mouse pointer is disabled. Please don't disable it.

The game got stuck on the LOADING screen after I completed all the tutorials. PS: Now the game shows a blank screen when starting it again. I don't see a log file anywhere under ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/ASPEC Demo . PPS: After starting it again, it's running again. I'll have to see if gets stuck again....

I'm in the 1st mission, and that it takes ages before the main weapons finally reload takes all fun out of it. There is reasons why fighter aircraft, since decades, use miniguns that put out 4000 or 6000 rounds per minute, depending on configuration, and don't use the old fashioned machine guns anymore. This isn't working. We need decent weapons and not pop guns that fire a shot like once a minute while 2/3 of the shots don't hit....
