The levels are pretty easy, but here's the solutions if you get stuck on some c: Thanks to AFAK for most of the early levels. 

Here is how to get jay's talkin' achievement: after you launch into game where jay is at middle of the screen, fan is at left and police is at right. sit there until achievement pops up. before you go into any lvls.
