STORY :
The story of this game is inspired by the history after the Qin dynasty unified China, the rivalry between Liu Bang and Xiang Yu or in history known as Chu-Han war.
Although there are some storylines and relationships between characters that are slightly different, the main plot remains the same.

GAMEPLAY :
- Two Mode : Battle and walking at Camp (similiar to The Abbey in Marvel Midnight Suns)
- Party-based : can use 10 characters in battle. another 10 characters can be used as support to buff each character.
- Battle Map : quite a variety of battle maps in each chapter, except for side missions or optional battles.
- Relationship : can raise relationships with many characters in the game but the rewards are lacking.
- Character Progression : Equipment, Skill and Weapon Mastery. we can't increase attributes other than through equipment.
- Voice Acting : all important conversations that relate to mission and story have voice acting.

Unique Features : UNDO
we can undo the action taken no matter how many turns have passed. Of course, undo has a usage limit but we can increase the limit.

I finished this game on normal difficulty, when compared to other TBS games I've played, I think this game is quite easy and not stressful (thanks to Undo Features).
now let's wait for the sequel which is about to be released.

Had just played Symphony of War and then jumped into this.

It definitely on another level from that. A more impactful story, 3D models is a nice breath of fresh air than the usual 2D sprites, and main story is voice acted. Plus no evil god to fight but definitely a tricky boss at the end.

A handful of nitpicks that I can think of. If a water spell can create a wet terrain, why can't it extinguish terrains that are on fire? A few times in the dialogue that are a head scratcher. In chapter 22, cannot assign Francisco an aide even though a few are available, a glitch? Sending soldiers when speaking to the taskmaster, there is no warning or letting you know it cost leadership points. Wished there were a few more activities that cost less leadership and that Porter sell gifts because there are lot of characters that you can increase rapport with.

Yeah, a list of nitpicks but it doesn’t deter my overall experience. First playthrough on easy, reached ‘trusted friend’ with romanceable characters, and decent gameplay. Characters are a single squad, can change class depending on skills and skill level, and spellcasters have a list of spells to choose from.

Great game.

A truly fun game. It has an immersive storyline and fun battles. The running around in camp for 'talks' can be a bit grating from time to time, but since the story overshadows this, it's an acceptable flaw. Looking forward for more coming from this company!
