Where do I find the game save data file on Windows OS?

The game doesn't show in the "Perfect Games" list on my Steam profile. I've completed it and unlocked all the achievements. But Steam says Through The Fragmentation has no achievements at all. So it doesn't show up on the perfect games list. It's not a big deal, but I just want to let the developer know it. I really liked the game by the way. It's a nice little immersive sim. I'm looking forward to play the new one....

Hi ive completed the game seveal times - and got to the werid eyed box monster as well each time, the game just ends and i dont get to reach the true ending. what am i missing?

I've completed all the endings,but what is the use of Memory Card 782? I assumed it would have him (the robot) perform an entirely different routine if I inserted it as opposed to the other,but it does nothing. It only shows images on the computer in the rainy valley. ...
