I remember the PS1 version you could take a joy ride in your car around your city. You could even look left and right and of course forward and view the sights. Unfortunately even though you were in the driver's seat, complete with your hand on the wheel, the other half hanging out the window as I recall. You could not drive the vehicle itself. I have the Special Edition. The main screen pops up asking you to Install, Reinstall and use the Urban Renewal Kit. But installing does not actually begin when clicking on it. I can go into the Urban Renewal Kit part of the program, but not the actual game itself. I have a relatively newish computer running Windows 10. I understand if the game did not work after it was installed, but I can not even get that far into the process....

I must applaud your efforts on SC2, though, I started with SC3k +unlmtd, and SC4. I assume the generated 3D map is static; any plans to make the model animated/interactive and perhaps with sequel games?

remember streets of sim city game ? can you insert a dlc with tiny race with cars with import simcity 2000 city ? you can include car type Ivan "Ironman" Stewart's Super Off Road :D ALL OF US WILL BE HAPPY :D ;D
