Tried launching this game today. Audio is playing, but the screen is black. I get the mouse-pointer though (with graphics), and can hear audible clicks when it passes over (likely) menu items. Other Big Fish Games are working just fine. What is going on?

This game hard locks you at some point because you'll be missing an item to move forward but it won't let you go back to pick it up. So you can neither finish the game not reset it. Steam support is not helpful and not giving a refund either.

I had to make my antivirus leave the main EXE file alone bc each time I'd play it (after an update you guys did after I'd had 50 some minutes into the game), it kept quarantining it when I'd go into the game. What the update was for, I'm clueless bc I can't find anything here on any updates... I encourage you guys to please contact McAfee about this and please also post any of your updates for this game here on STEAM where I bought the game.. The game is gorgeous.. I love it..
