I have nothing at all against the idea of a ww2 fantasy game that panders heavily to LGBTQ and disabled/neurodivergent people. this is NOT a complaint about "Woke politics." bring on the drag queen battlecruisers, i'm down AF, but the devs focused so hard on ironing out ANY trace of anything that could remotely offend even nebulous concepts of inclusivity, that they also ironed out any trace of a personality. the game is so obnoxiously into the hugbox that it forgot it needed to be fun. a gay ww2 naval kerbal space program with kickflipping battleships could have been glorious. but it's somehow... boring. what a miss.
