Had a good time with this one. Short and sweet. Charming writing and visuals. Difficulty curve felt good to me, but I'm experienced with rhythm games. I could see it being too much for a lot of people. Parts of it felt repetitive and needing polish, but other parts made up for it.

Cute game

Not a lot of content here, I beat the whole thing in 3.1h (without going back and replaying things), but it was fun. Get it if it's cheap!

Difficulty: I'm a veteran of ye olde skool rhythm games so I'm quite good at them, and this one starts the difficulty at 7/10 and just gets worse from there, it's pretty brutal. Not at all appropriate for a n00b, even with "beginner mode" turned on. Not enough visual lead time on the notes, they don't follow a pattern enough (or at all, sometimes), and it's FAST.

Calibration: As always, it's hard to nail down the problem here...but I either sucked at it, or my calibration was off, or it's the game/hardware/software's fault somehow, but I had an awful lot of non-perfect notes, when it seemed perfect to me.

Ratings: You get ratings up to 3 stars for each of score & combo (so maximum 6 per stage). If you manage to get all 6, you get a CD, which doesn't seem to do anything except count towards achievements. Combo needs to be very high to get 3 stars, and for score, you need to use your star power at a smart time to stand a chance at it. Unless you hit every note perfect, I suppose.

Achievements: There are some for doing extraordinarily well, as there should be. There are also several dumb ones I could easily get by replaying things, but no thanks.
