Me and my guild are interested in playing this game if it has dedicated server support. Meanining I would like to run the server on our own dedicated hardware. Will this be possible or is this just going to support dev. run servers and/or peer to peer?

I dont mind fighting through some bugs and changes in direction of an early access game, but the one thing I can't take is the feeling that my time is being wasted. Just HOW grindy are some of you finding this game? So far it's the only negative review comment I've seen a few times that makes me not hit purchase. A lot of grind for little reward? A monotonous time-sink? Thank you for any input. (As a whole the game looks very cool....good luck to Devs!!)...
