Not been able to play Tarek yet as the game just shuts down immediately before it evens appears. Are there any log files to help diagnose the issue?

Not sure if its a bug or a lack of puzzle solving skills by me. But I cannot complete Level 5 without the game exiting to the main menu. Just using the portal = main menu. Clearing all blocks then the portal = main menu. Am I missing something?. Is this as far as development has got?. The level screen does show additional locked levels post Level 5....
