One of my planes flew off into the wild and never came back

I think I deleted the route the plane was on. It finished it's planned flight (with no route line), and then it headed north, off the top of the screen, and gone forever.

In the area of research and airline ticket prices, it would be good to have a +/- sign or >/< to make it easier to adjust the settings.

Given the game is new, but lacks elementary description functions. Below are a few which may need some attention.
1. Appears the research dollars are not tied in anyway to the research projects. Have no clue when the investment will pay off.
2. What does the "thumbs up" mean and how to regulate it?
3. How to regulate getting a loan?
4. How to see customer supply and demand in each port?
5. What is the "light bulb"? and more so how to increase it? Each time I try to do a positive concept for the company, I end up taking a loan and file for bankruptcy.
