How many levels are there?

I love the game concept but I cannot figure out how to play this. How can I make my character turn and face in a different direction. The mouse buttons don't help (they are used for striking and Sex Grabs) and the shift / Alt / Ctrl do something else. I can move the character back, forth and sideways but I cannot make it turn. How is that supposed to work?...
