I No longer can purchase Any song loop packs any ideas on how to fix it

Out of boredom I decided to make music again. Steam suddenly downloaded an update: cool, more stuff After the program loaded my soundloops were BLANK! Are you kidding me? I PURCHASED A TON of them, where did my money go and how do I get them back?

I could not get the Steam Store to access the Loops Unlimited subscriptions, so purchased one from the Magix website. It shows the loops I have access to as being part of a subscription in Steam, but says I have no active subscription and brings me to the store, where again, doesn't give me the subscription information. Is there a way to link them together? Or do I have to buy the program from Magix directly? I have the Premium 2022 Upgrade DLC as well....

whenever i try to listen or hear my new project i cant hear anything. all my msuic stuff in my pc is correct sooo plz help!

i load in and theres nothing that says where i can use the free soundpool claim from the premium edition. can someone help with this?
