There are only two levers to this puzzle. Logically, the blue one would go "up" and the green one would go "down", but I can't open any other doors down here. Found one secret passage that just led to some chests. What am I missing here?

Wow, now that *is* old-school. It's a pretty big QoL feature in FP blobbers though, what was the rationale for leaving it out? (And I'm pretty sure it is left out and I'm not too dense to find it.)
