Is this app "legal" in r6? Edit: I'm using xbox overlay thingy if it helps.

Not literally, in Rust I mostly get 90 fps, which is really smooth for me since I play on a 144hz monitor. Every time I turn on crosshair x I still get 90 fps, but the game is no longer smooth, it's almost like it turned on v-sync, or limited my monitor to 60hz. I can't figure out the issue, it really only comes on when the app is running. I'm hoping someone can help me....

Is there a way to do this without making steam force Crosshair X to close?

All of a sudden the Steam Integration has stopped working and this was on Off however for some reason (not myself) this setting is turned On, i have used this for a long time and of course bought the paid version as it's awesome and having this on without showing on your steam is one of the reasons i like this setting. I have emailed this company twice with no reply whatsoever ? Question is, does anyone else have this issue too ?...
